Fan Fiction by Dylan Rinald

*Fics in green are in the works*

Enter The Outcast
  • The arrival of a new recruit isn't taken so lightly. Rather, it's taken harshly, especially towards the recruit. There are many doubts and assumptions about the recruit, and it seems he won't be accepted at all. However, you can't determine the true nature of anyone just by the outside...

  • Tangled Threads
  • The Rovers head off on what seems to be the usual stop-Parvo mission, but they're up against more than just him. Can the lone Dylan aid his comrades and defeat this foe, even when it's someone closer to him than he realizes?

  • Reunion
  • A new group of Rovers is added to the ranks, but at the same time, Dylan gets quite a shock by who they actually turn out to be...

  • They Will Be There (Call The Road Rovers)
  • The fan Rovers take the Road Roves theme and make it a totally new song.

  • Sticking To It
  • Cricket, Yukon, Dylan, and Star gain a new Rover compadre, DJ, and must check out the Milkbone Dog Biscuit Factory, but can Cricket put aside her fear of sticks in order to save the day?

  • The Heart Won't Lie
  • Carmen is afraid to tell Zudnik how she feels about him. She turns to others for advice as to how to tell him, and she wonders if she really does care about him. All the while, however, how does Zuddy feel?

  • Team Effort
  • What starts as a simple mission turns into an all-out fiasco, with war machines, creeps, and even some bizarre fashion statements...

  • Data On The Mind
  • Rune takes some time to browse through the database of recruits and reads up on them a bit (similar to "Here's The Scoop", thoughts are heard during the fic).

  • Sibling Arrivalry
  • A new recruit comes to RRMC, and it's quite a surprise who it is.

  • A Friend In Need, A True Friend Indeed
  • Bayson shows Dylan around the Werewolf village and Were-Mountain, but they aren't alone. When faced with a critical situation with no escape, their friendship will be tested, but to what extent?

  • Torn Souls
  • Supposedly there's some suspicious activity in a warehouse in Vermont, according to the Master, so Dylan, Rex, Heidi, and Bayson (wanting to tag along for once) go after him, but things become a little weird. When all is done and they return to RRMC with Jake as prisoner, Dylan seems to act a little different than usual, oddly. He is more assertive, more aggressive, and rather obnoxious. Is Jake causing him to act this way, or is it something much deeper? (Prequel to The Hand of Fate)

  • The Hand of Fate
  • Parvo obtains plans to weapons of pure destruction, and the Rovers must keep him from creating them, but as they learn, victory sometimes comes at a price...

  • On Angels' Wings (Part 2 of The Hand of Fate)
  • The Rovers explain the outcome of their mission, true feelings are revealed, and when they all go to bed that night, a strange event occurs that leads to an important realization...

  • Heart of a Rover (Part 3 of The Hand of Fate)
  • Life goes on for the Rovers, but there's little time to be down. With Parvo recovering his losses and gaining forces, the Rovers have yet another mission to tackle. But why is it that the road to victory isn't always as bumpy as it should be? And who is the mysterious person who seems to know so much? All will be revealed in the conclusion...

  • Believe In Your Heart
  • Dylan doubts who he is and the uniqueness of his "power". What happens afterwards will change his doubtfulness and show him how special he really is.

  • The Spirit of the Season
  • A group of Rovers are getting their last-minute holiday shopping done, but when a little girl gives Dylan a special letter to Santa with a Christmas wish, he will show just how much he cares for those in need...

  • Here's The Scoop
  • Jazz is asked by the Master to interview some Rover recruits, though this is anything but the usual...

  • From the Opposing View
  • Ever wonder what a day in the life of a villian might be like? Jake takes you around for a day and shows you just how sadistic and vile he is.

  • As The Mirror Breaks
  • Parvo sends Jake, along with new lackeys Bestiere and Ruebins, to retrieve a large stash of weaponry and such in one of his cavernous reserves, but of course, the Rovers catch on. When a small accident causes the caverns to rumble, the Rovers all manage to escape...except for Dylan, who ends up trapped in the cave with Jake, Bestiere and Ruebins. As the Rovers try to possibly get Dylan out, Dyl and the other three have to cooperate to find some way out of the cavern...but because of one deadly, forgotten factor, one of them is at a severe risk...

  • The Soul That Slaves, The Heart That Remains Pure
  • Dylan is caught during a spy mission and is taken prisoner to Parvo's base to be canomutated. He meets a canomutant who seems much different than the rest in the process. Why is the canomutant the way he is, and can Dylan escape or will he be mutated instead?

  • Home for the Holidays
  • Dylan sits down and writes in his journal about the on-goings during the Christmas season and about his family.

  • Playing The Trump Card
  • Parvo's short on funds, so what does he do? He starts up a mock casino to play any fools for their cash, and then some...So what're the Rovers to do about this? They send in their "trump card".

  • Puppified Problems
  • Upon entering the transdogmafier, Angel and Hope find they've been turned into puppies and not canosapiens. Who's been messing with the transdogmafiers, and for what reason?
